On 19 April 2024, undergraduate students from the DRTM course “Food and Beverage Management,”, led by Assistant Professor Prof. Jacey Ja Young CHOE, visited the Hotel Morpheus at City of Dreams. The visit provided students with the opportunity to experience the intellectual hotel services at Morpheus Hotel room. In addition, the students toured the  L’attitude, Alain Ducasse, Jade Dragon, and Tasting Room. They acquired knowledge of subtle design in restaurant layout, decoration, and display, professional food and beverage service, and the skills required by the restaurant’s back-of-house staff, such as kitchen management and food safety.

This experience helped students gain a deeper understanding of food and beverage management in integrated resorts. We would like to express our gratitude to the HR and restaurant staff from Morpheus who dedicated a lot of effort and time to our students!
