CALL FOR PAPER

  1. THEME

The rapid technology development in the last 10 years has significantly changed the world we are living. Its impact on industry and society is beyond one could imagine. Accordingly, it has re-sharped the academic world by advocating inter-disciplanry research in accounting, finance, and management. It has also imposed challenges on the academic world on how to advance theory and our understanding of the impact of technology development on accounting, finance and management studies. This creates the need for developing multi-disciplinary theoretical frameworks and new methodologies. Against this background, we organize this forum with the theme ‘Information Era and Corporate Governance’. It aims to develop new thinkings and insights of how technology development has impacted corporate governance. We will invite the professors in the alliance to be the commentors/moderators of the papers to be presented in the forum.
