Dear Students,
2016 Local Summer Internships are now open for applications. The internship opportunities are posted in Job Vacancy E-System. More vacancy will be announced irregularly in coming months. Please keep log in and check for the available internship opportunities in the system from time to time.
Eligibility for participation:
- Macao ID holders
- All non final year students in academic year 2015 / 2016 (it is subject to change according to companies’ requirements.)
Internship Period:
- Jun to Aug. (Please discuss with your internship provider individually to determine the exact commence day and end day.)
Application Process:
- Log in to the Job Vacancy E-System and check for the internship vacancy (please refer to the “User guide / 系統使用指引”)
- Send your application and supporting documents (such as cover letter, resume, transcript, etc.) to the internship providers according to the requirements stated in the advertisement.
– We can help to review your cover letter and resume before your application if you wish, please email us with your documents and state your available time slots to scd.career@umac.mo. - Once you get an internship offer, you should fill out an e-form (here) to inform us the details.
- To gain an internship certificate issued by Student Affairs Office, you have to do the following:
– Attend an internship preparation workshop in late May or early Jun
– Submit the following assignments on time:* Evaluation Form by internship providers (superiors)
* Student Report
* 5 digital photos
