The present Global Pandemic is leaving trails of wreckage as it continues to rage furiously around the globe. Fortunately, Macau has been able to get the situation under control so far and we are slowly getting our lives back on track. But the resultant costs and the pain of it all, including our labour market, have yet to be counted. To start getting a handle on the labour situation in Macau in particular and within the Greater Bay Area in general, an informal exchange with the details above will be held. All interested parties are welcome!
“UMINEX – UM INdustry Exchange” is an informal platform for practitioners and academics to exchange ideas and thoughts on contemporary topics, especially those that are related to human resources management. This exchange, which would be held on quarterly basis, is jointly organized by Macau GBAHR and MMI.
Macau Greater Bay Area Human Resources Association (Macau GBAHR) is an association based in Macao which aims to build an exchange platform to assist local youths in starting businesses, and it is actively promoting the development of human resources in Macau and the Greater Bay Area. The association also hopes to promote international human resources industry standard certification and cross-regional professional certification, as well as holding recruitment fairs for Guangdong and Macao university students in the near future.
