* Department of Finance and Business Economics
The Department of Finance and Business Economics (FBE) is one of the four departments at FBA. Currently, it houses more than 20 academic staff with international exposure in Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, UK, USA, etc. Through impactful research, the FBE academic staff strive to contribute to the economic and financial stability and the sustainable growth and diversified development of Macao, the Greater Bay Area and beyond. In addition, FBE has built up close connections with the banking and financial institutions and the Macao SAR Government, as well as with local and professional associations in the Greater Bay Area.
FBE offers programmes at the bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral levels. The programmes have been designed to provide students with a strong theoretical and empirical foundation to meet the expectations and high standards of industries, as well as prepare students for further study in top-notch universities around the world. The Bachelor of Science in Finance programme is recognized by CFA Institute under its University Affiliation Programme since 2012, for covering a significant portion of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge (CBOK), together with other eligibility requirements.

The position requires:
- A PhD in Finance or Economics, or a closely related field;
- A proven publication track record in top-tier refereed journals in Finance or Economics, or related areas;
- A demonstrated record of high-quality teaching at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels, and executive programs;
- Record of excellence in PhD student supervision;
- Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring young academics;
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills;
- Demonstrable success in fostering external cooperation, knowledge transfer, and community relationship;
- Proven administrative experience in higher education institution is an advantage;

Remuneration will be commensurate with the successful applicant’s academic qualification and relevant professional experience. Full/Associate/Assistant Professor in the area of Accounting.
The position requires (1) a good first degree and PhD (or close to completion) in Accounting from an internationally respected university, (2) a strong commitment to high-quality research as well as evidence of an ability (or potential) to conduct impactful work and to publish in top-tier journals in Accounting and/or related areas such as Economics, Finance and Management, and (3) an ability to show excellence in teaching. Academics who can undertake high quality research and teaching in accounting and auditing data analytics are particularly encouraged to apply. A professional accountancy qualification and close connection with professional bodies would be desirable.

Full/Associate/Assistant Professors in the area of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
The position requires (1) a good first degree and PhD (or close to completion) in Information Systems or any business disciplines from an established university, (2) a strong commitment to high-quality research on the impacts of modern information and communication technologies on business strategies and practices, (3) the ability or potential to publish in top-tier business journals, (4) an appreciation for academic research linked to real-world managerial problems, and (5) the ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and familiarity with techniques for inspiring successful blended learning.
* Department of Finance and Business Economics
Full/Associate/Assistant Professors in the area of Finance.
Applicants should (1) be a promising or established scholar with a doctoral degree (or close to completion) in Finance or a closely related field, (2) have ability to teach undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD courses, and (3) have ability to publish research papers in high ranked journals in related fields. Full Professor Position requires (1) a strong and impactful publication record in top-tier refereed journals in Finance, or related areas, (2) a demonstrated record of high-quality teaching at various levels as well as executive programs, and (3) academic leadership.
* Department of Management and Marketing
Associate/Assistant Professor in the area of Marketing.
The successful candidates must hold a PhD in the relevant fields and demonstrate the evidence of an ability (or potential) to conduct impactful research and to publish in top-tier journals in Marketing. Expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics is preferred. Industrial experience and experience in teaching related courses at postgraduate level are additional advantages. The candidate is expected to have strong interpersonal and communication skills. He/she will also be required to develop professional networks in the community and make an appropriate contribution to university services.
* Department of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management
Full/Associate/Assistant Professor in the areas of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management with teaching and research expertise in Experience Management.
The successful candidates must hold a PhD in the relevant fields and demonstrate a solid research record of international excellence. Industry experience would be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Prior experience in curriculum design would be a plus. Candidates will also be required to develop professional networks in the community and make an appropriate contribution to university services.
