Incoming Students

Information for Add/Drop of Course for FBA Incoming Exchange Students

1. Please bring along your student card (student no.) when you come for enrollment
2. Students who are not available at the above mentioned time may ask your friend to perform the course enrollment on your behalf (please bring along the student card/student no.)
3. As there is limited quota for each course, add/drop of courses is on a “first come first served” basis and no waiting list or reservation can be made
4. The full load of a student is 7 courses per semester
5. Each FBA course: 3 UM local credits = 5 ECTS

** After the 2nd phase add/drop period, add/drop of courses will not be accepted**

   Important notices (such as cancellation of classes or change of classroom) will be sent to you through SMS.
2. Return of Transcript: Transcript will be sent to your coordinator in February 2018­ only if you have completed the check-out procedure before leaving UM.
