On 15 April 2024, students from Customer Relationship Management course visited the CTM company. During the firm visit, our students first learned about the development background of CTM.  Ms. Veronia Tou (General Manager, Retail & SME Sales Development) and her colleagues then delivered a talk regarding CTM’s customer service team, multiple customer service channels, and digital transformation of customer services. After the presentation, CTM executives interacted with and responded to questions raised by our students. The firm visit ended with a guided tour of the retail and customer service areas in the CTM Taipa store. Students were given the opportunity to interact with various 5G-enabled applications provided by CTM. This firm visit provides students with better understanding of customer services and relationship building efforts of a prominent telecommunication company in Macau. Students also gain personal experience of the current 5G technology development and usages.
