Background
Ever since its inception in 1989, the Management Associate Program (MAP), has gained a reputation as a brilliant platform for graduates to obtain careers, ranging from Director, Vice President of a functional area to a President of a hotel/casino resort property, with MGM Resorts International. Management Associate report to senior-level executives and receive ongoing mentoring and formal feedback. Traditionally, following a successful completion of the on-the-job training program. Management Associates are placed in a leadership role within their division of operation. For the first time ever, the MAP is extended to Macau graduates. With the program tailored for Macau graduates, Management Associates will gain international exposure, receive support and advices from senior leaders while jump-starting their careers within one of their preferred functional areas, including:
-Front Office
-Food & Beverage
-Housekeeping

Program Requirements
Year 4 students or higher with Macau ID studying in Macau or in other countries
Participate in full length of the management Associate Program: working for 11 months in the United States followed by 5 months in Macau on a full-time basis
Overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher on a United States 4.0 scale
Ability to submit university-issued transcripts, audition tapes/essays, upon request
