Anthony Bolton, one of the most successful fund managers in the United Kingdom and president-investments at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, giving a keynote speech entitled “Lessons learned from a lifetime of investing” at the opening ceremony of the third Business Week of the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Macau (UM).The talk is part of the Distinguished Talk Series 2013 of the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management at UM.

Anthony Bolton received his master’s degree (Hons) in Engineering and Business Studies from Cambridge University. He managed the Fidelity Special Situations Fund for 28 years and is one of the most successful contrarian investors in the UK. He published his second book entitled “Investing Against the Tide—Lessons from a Life Running Money” in 2009. In his speech at UM, he shares his contrarian approach to managing money and offer invaluable lessons for investors on choosing stocks.
