Important Information about FBA Bachelor’s Degree Programme
1. Policy for Transfer of Faculty/Major/Specialization

2. Request for Leave
Students who are sick, representing the University or Macao SAR in activities or mourning for relatives can apply for leave. Approved leave will not be counted as absence from classes. Please note, other personal reason may not be approved as justified reason for leave.
3. Delaying Graduations
Graduations may be delayed if students do not complete necessary applications, such as course waivers, course exemptions, or N codes to G codes before FBA General Office process Graduation Checks.
4. Appeals from Discontinuation of Studies
Appeals from students who have been discontinued from studies may not be entertained.
If a student encounters a problem (such as a sickness) during the semester that prevents them from performing well in their studies, they should defer their studies immediately. Students who appeal after being discontinued from studies due to poor performance for a reason that was not reported in good time may not be entertained.
5. Deferment of Studies
Students will not be allowed to defer studies for the semester after the semester has ended.
If a student encounters a problem (such as a sickness) during the semester that prevents them from performing well in their studies, they should defer their studies immediately. Students who apply for deferment of studies following a poor performance for a reason that was not reported in good time may not be entertained.
6. Re-sit Exam
No re-sit Exam will be approved for students taking FBA courses. Students failing FBA courses will need to repeat them in the next available semester.
7. Major Declaration and Graduation from Approved Major in BBA Programme
Students will only be allowed to graduate from the major they had been approved to enter.
Even though a student has a final cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above and completes all the required courses from a major that they had not been approved to enter, they WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GRADUATE FROM THAT MAJOR.
Students wishing to change majors must apply for it and be officially approved. Please note, students can only be approved to change their major once.
