On Tuesday September 17th, IIRM7010 students had the honor of welcoming the Senior Vice President, Dr. Norman Chan from Galaxy Entertainment Group’s HR&A to discuss Organization Design.
Organization Design is widely considered as one of the top concerns for many executives and in companies today. Our students had a firsthand look at why identifying and simplifying company structures, communication and execution is critical to the success and longevity of a business. Because of this large investment in Organization Design, Galaxy Entertainment Group led by Dr. Chan will strive to be the model of IR’s for years to come.
