Reservation Instruction

1. The rooms are ONLY available from 19 to 23 October 2022 (both dates inclusive).
2. Due to limited rooms, all applications are on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Successful submission of the “UM Guest House Application Form” does not mean a booking is confirmed, all are subject to the confirmation email.
4. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email within five working days.
5. The on-campus lodging is restricted to symposium participants and their accompanied person. Before the reservation, the participants must have registered for the symposium and registration fee has been paid in full.
6. Any amendments or cancellations of the application must be notified by email (htfrontiers@um.edu.mo) no later than 20 September 2022. Unless in unusual circumstances, all cancellations after that will not be considered.

Bus
Currently, there are six public bus routes connecting to campus, which are 71, 72, 73, 71S (newly added on 18 Aug), 73S and N6 (overnight bus).
