On April 28, 2025, FBA Seminar Series: “Destination Visual Marketing: Grounding Theory in Data” by Prof. Zeya HE was hosted by Prof. Yuansi HOU from the Department of Integrated Resorts and Tourism Management and delivered by Prof. Zeya HE from Department of Culture and Tourism, School of Management, Shandong University.
Prof. Zeya HE pointed out that digital platforms have completely reshaped the marketing models of destinations, and visual content has emerged as a core element influencing tourists’ perceptions and behaviors. During the seminar, Prof. Zeya HE successfully bridged the gap between theory and practice by integrating existing and emerging theories with scalable visual data analysis.
