The Centre for Tourism and Integrated Resort Studies (CTIRS) in the Faculty of Business Administration is launching its annual Hospitality Student Management Trainee Program to develop students’ practical skills in hospitality operations. The program comprises 60 hours of theoretical studies and 50 – 60 hours of practical training. The training includes“Understanding Macau-Sustainable Tourism Development Workshop” (formerly known as the Integrated Resorts Career Simulation Program), etc., which are only open to students of the Faculty of Business Administration.

The program provides students with practical courses and internship training on top of the regular curriculum of the Faculty of Business Administration to enhance the application of classroom knowledge. Through the combination of theoretical and practical training, students will be able to consolidate their basic knowledge for direct entry into the hospitality industry and related fields after graduation.
