On November 22nd, the Department of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management held the second teacher-student exchange meeting for the 2024/2025 academic year. The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen the communication between teachers and students, to review the campus life in the past semester, and to point out the direction of the student’s future study career planning.

On the day of the event, Prof. Amy Siu Lan SO and Prof. Soey Sut Leng LEI, as representatives of the department, had a face-to-face exchange with the students. Students actively asked questions about the curriculum, exchange opportunities, internship programs and career planning. The two teachers answered every question patiently and meticulously, not only eliminating the new students’ concerns but also providing them with valuable advice.

At the same time, the teachers also shared with the students the department’s latest news, including the cooperation projects with other universities in mainland China and abroad, the progress of academic research, and the direction of future development. This information not only broadened the horizons of the students, but also enabled them to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the department, so that they can be more fully prepared for their future study programs.
