The 11th ApacCHRIE Conference, co-organised by the Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education and the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Macau, opened today (22 May). Academic elites from around the world gathered in Macao to inject new thinking and vigour into the hospitality industry in Macao, which hopefully will promote economic diversification of Macao.
