Please be informed that applications for supplementary exams should be submitted to the FBA Office no later than one week after the missed exam. Students should complete the
application form which can be downloaded from the following link, and submit it to FBA general office with written request and justification (such as medical certificate)

Supplementary examinations will be held between 16 June 2014 – 20 June 2014 (Monday – Friday)
The payment slip will be available at FBA General Office on 13 June 2014
