The first-year “Global Leadership Development Program Series – Hospitality and MICE: Strategy, Growth and Management”, jointly organized by the Asia-Pacific Academy of Economics and Management, and the Faculty of Business Administration of the University of Macau successfully concluded on November 10, 2013.

This program was composed of four modules, which were hosted in Macao and Hong Kong from April 14 to 21, Singapore from June 21 to 25, Seoul in South Korea from August 26 to 30 and finally, Macao and Guangzhou of Mainland China from November 6 to 10 respectively. The themes of the four modules are “Contextual Mindset”, “Strategic & Financial Mindset”, “Relationship & Reflective Mindset” and “Action & Innovative Mindset”. Top-notch scholars and industrial leaders from worldwide were invited as speakers to share their expertise and experiences with the participants. In addition, through visiting those rapid growing hospitality cities mentioned above, participants did not only learn the success, but also established related networks with local executives.
Indeed, it is our mission to nurture more top leading talents for the Asia-Pacific hospitality industries, who possess international business visions and competitiveness, the sense of social responsibility, as well as the abilities to formulate proactive and competitive business strategies for their organizations, and to implement the related plans.
