Lately Emerald Group Publishing Limited and the International Association for Chinese Management Research announced the winner of the Emerald/IACMR Chinese Management Research Fund Award 2010. Among numerous research proposals from around the world, the proposal from Ms. Veronica Fong, a PhD student of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Macau (UM), and her supervisor Prof. Jacky Hong, was selected for the award, showing recognition of the excellent teaching and research quality of UM. Previous winners of this prestigious award include world-renowned universities such as Northern Illinois University (US), Tsinghua University (mainland China), Fudan University (mainland China) and Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
