「2022 DRTM 澳大不收檔 24/7 UM」Alumni Gathering was held on Saturday, 30 April 2022 at E22-G006. The DRTM Alumni Gathering is an annual event organized by students enrolled in IRTM3005 Festival and Event Management as part of the class’s experiential learning. The theme of this year’s Alumni Gathering centers on UM’s embrace of its alumni at all times. Under Dr. Jacey Choe’s guidance, students decided on the theme, planned the rundown, designed the game booths, and eventually executed the event. Various activities were held for alumni such as booth games (DRTM Draw and Guess, Pop the circle, UM knowledge quiz, Souvenirs DIY, Fish-shrimp-crab). At the alumni sharing session, Josephine Un and Helen Kuok shared their personal journeys in the hospitality and tourism industry with the current students. The quiz time was organized by international students who joined the event virtually. UM band performance team Patchwork and dance team Tomboy also showcased their talents at the gathering. The Alumni Gathering serves to connect the alumni, students, faculty and friends of the Department of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management and is planned to be an annual signature event organized by DRTM students.
