Career Roadmap of an Operation Manager
Often referred to as the qualification that “connects the dots” by bridging the gap between business management and finance, the CIMA professional qualification program has been part of the Talent Development Schemes of multinational companies over the decades. We are glad to invite our member, Mr. James Law, who is fellow Jardine Executive Trainee and the Acting Operations Manager of Pizza Hut to share his experience. His responsibilities include overseeing the Macau market, store expansion, talent management, enhancement in operations, marketing & technology aspects and to ensure the company is complying with the laws and regulations. He manages business opportunities by using evidence to develop dynamic solution, and adds real value to company by looking beyond numbers and spreadsheets. James will share his experience and how CIMA qualification is more holistic and applicable to the career development of a business student.
