Jointly organized by the Institute for the Study of Commercial Gaming (ISCG), Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), University of Macau (UM) and Wynn Academy, the graduation ceremony of the 1st Wynn Management Development Program was held at the Student Activity Center (E31), UM on 23 November 2022.
This two-year tailor made training program provided holistic online and classroom learning for participants, who are Wynn’s senior executives in variety positions, including five lectures taught by professors from FBA and external specialists. They covered the general knowledge of business operations, the infrastructure development of the Greater Bay Area, artificial intelligence and the digital economy, etc. The program also provides participants with opportunities every quarter to conduct exchanges with the company’s management about enhancing their leadership.
Prof. Wei GE (葛偉教授), Vice Rector (Research) and Interim Dean of FBA, Prof. Davis FONG (馮家超教授), Director of ISCG, Prof. Miao LI (苗莉教授), Head of Department of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management, Prof. Rob LAW (羅振雄教授), Chair Professor in Integrated Resort and Tourism Management, 45 graduates, and executives from Wynn attended the event. Prof. Wei GE and Ms. Linda CHEN (陳志玲女士), President and Executive Director of Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A., also provided opening remarks at the ceremony.
