Allan Chung, the Vice President of e-commerce and Digital Transformation of Sands China, gave an invited talk to FBA students on Feb 25, 2022. Mr. Chung has over 15 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing in integrated resorts. He is specialized in Destination Marketing. eCRM, loyalty programs, database management, content strategy, SEM, media, websites, mobile apps, etc. Allan is also an alumnus of BIDA (before the program was named BIS).
Prof Mccartney, the associate dean of the FBA, gave welcome remarks before the talk. He introduced the keynote speaker and his colleagues from Sands. During the talk titled “Integrated resorts and digital marketing & e-commerce,” Mr. Chung shared the experiences of Sands in exploiting social networks for digital marketing and highlighted the key role of business analytics in customer segmentation and acquisition for Sands.
After the talk, Prof. Mccartney thanked the guest speaker and presented the gift and certificate for his insightful talk. The guests and FBA professors also discussed the potential collaboration in teaching and learning.
