Prof. Hyunsu KIM
Prof. Hyunsu KIM is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina, USA. His research interests include experimental psychology, consumer behavior, and service innovation.
Prior to joining the University of Macau, Prof. KIM served as a faculty member at California State University, Fullerton, where he received several academic honors, including the “Scholar Award” and the “Continued Excellence in Publication Award.” He has published in top-tier journals such as Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Hospitality & Tourism Research, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. He also serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals, including International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and Journal of Hospitality Marketing & Management.

Prof. Biqiang LIU
Prof. Biqiang LIU is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management at the Faculty of Business Administration. He holds a Ph.D. from Griffith University, Australia. His research focuses on cutting-edge areas such as AI agents, immersive technologies, digital health, and tourism marketing.
Before joining the University of Macau, Prof. LIU worked as a research and teaching assistant at several universities in Australia. He was awarded the Best Reviewer Award by Tourism Management in 2024 and has published multiple papers in leading journals in the field of tourism and hospitality, including Tourism Management, Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Travel Research, and Journal of Sustainable Tourism.
