On April 10th, students from the third year of the Integrated Resort and Tourism Management program visited DFS Macau located at The Venetian Macao. This activity was a part of the Quality Service Management course, led by Dr. Soey Sut Ieng Lei. The visit provided students with a comprehensive understanding of DFS as a company, including their definition of quality service, customer satisfaction strategies, methods for evaluating and measuring service quality, and the implementation of online services.

The DFS team also arranged an in-store tour and took the students to visit the DFS VIP Lounge. During this tour, the team shared insights into their marketing strategies and how they coordinate collaborations with different brands. The DFS team engaged with the students through interactive role-playing and question-and-answer games, further enhancing the students’ understanding of the discussed topics.

This activity deepened the students’ understanding of luxury retail enterprises and provided them with valuable insights into the operations and management of the retail business. Special thanks go to Mr. James Law, Assistant General Manager in Sales at DFS Macau, for his support in organizing this event.
