Our department continued to host the 2024 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Pay and Benefits Survey Results Presentation and Press Conference (Macau) on October 25, 2024 in the Faculty of Business Administration building, University of Macau. Following the welcome remarks, representatives from Hong Kong People Management Association and Hong Kong Baptist University gave a summary of the survey results and a brief introduction about the AI salary dashboard, respectively. Finally, a guest speech on cross-border HR management was delivered by Miss Angel Cheong, HR Director (SUEZ NWS Greater China). Some faculty members and students also attended the meeting.
